Terms and conditions
This site publishes a guide about one product, in six languages. It sells nothing, hosts no account and cannot act on your subscription. Using the site means accepting what follows.
1. What this site is
An informational guide about GoHighLevel and its free trial, paid by the HighLevel partner programme. It is not the vendor’s website, not a reseller, not a support channel and not an authority on the vendor’s commercial decisions. Anything concerning your account, your billing or your data is between you and HighLevel.
GoHighLevel and HighLevel are names used by HighLevel Inc. This site is not operated by HighLevel Inc., does not speak on its behalf and claims no endorsement from it. Product names and brands mentioned here belong to their owners.
Two claims you will not find here
This site does not describe itself as independent, and it does not claim that its editorial choices are untouched by the commercial relationship. The first would be misleading next to paid links; the second cannot be proved. What replaces both is a stated funding model and the practice of quoting the vendor with dates, which a reader can check.
2. The affiliate relationship
Every link here that leads to the vendor is a partner link, marked as a paid link in the text beside it. If you subscribe after following one, the operator of this site receives a commission from HighLevel and you pay the price the vendor charges anyone else. There is no other revenue on this site: no advertising, no sponsorship, no data sale, and no second product.
That relationship is disclosed at the top of every page, in every language, and described in full on the affiliate disclosure page. It is the reason this guide quotes the vendor’s own pages with the date they were read, rather than asking to be trusted.
3. Accuracy, dates and the trial length
Prices, trial lengths and product capabilities change without this site being told. Every figure here carries the date it was read on the vendor’s pages, and the vendor’s pages prevail over this one whenever the two disagree. Verify the current terms on the vendor’s site before you commit money to them.
The trial length opened by the partner link was confirmed by the holder of the partner account and is not published on a public page. It is presented as such throughout the site, side by side with the length that the public pricing page does show. Availability of a given trial length may depend on the vendor’s current programme, and this site cannot guarantee it.
Nothing on this site announces a deadline, a clock, a limited number of places or an expiring promotion, because no such thing has been communicated to it. If you read that somewhere about this offer, treat it as a sales device rather than a fact.
4. Informational purpose and results
The guide describes how to test a product; it does not promise a result. Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and nothing here is a warranty about the software’s fitness for your business. Outcomes depend on your market, your list, your offer and the work you put in, none of which this site can see.
Decisions about subscribing, and what you do with the software afterwards, are yours. The suggested trial plan on the home page is this site’s own method, not an official procedure of the vendor, and it is labelled that way wherever it appears.
5. Intellectual property and external links
The texts, structure, illustrations and design of this site belong to its publisher. You may quote a passage with attribution for editorial purposes; reproducing a page wholesale, or building a derivative site from it, requires written permission. Quotations from the vendor are reproduced with their source and date so that a reader can check them against the original.
This site links to one external destination, the vendor, plus the vendor’s help centre addresses printed as plain text in the sources section. It is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any site reached that way.
6. Liability, law and changes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or of the information on it, including lost revenue, lost data or a subscription that turned out not to suit you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the publisher’s place of establishment, which will be stated here with the publisher’s identity. Disputes are to be raised first by writing to the contact address in the footer, because most of them are a factual correction that can be made the same day.
These terms may change. A changed version is published on this page and applies from its publication. Material corrections to the guide itself, such as a figure that has moved, are made in the text with a new reading date rather than silently.
